Hydration in Children

Are you worried your child isn't drinking enough? Children should drink 6-8 glasses of water-based fluid every day. Drinking water is important for good bowel and bladder health, and for tackling daytime wetting, night-time wetting and poo problems like constipation. Bowel Screening

A third of people in the UK don’t complete their bowel cancer screening test. Bowel screening helps spot bowel cancer before symptoms start, when it’s more treatable. April is Bowel Cancer Awareness Month, and Bowel Cancer UK want everyone who receives their free bowel cancer screening test to complete and return it as soon as possible.
