Online Patient Services explained
Online Patient Services allows you to view and request repeat prescriptions (online appointment booking is currently unavailable due to COVID-19 service changes - please contact reception for an appointment).
In the future more options may be available via the system, including the ability to view your medical record.
To register
To use Online Patient Services you have to register via the surgery. Please print and complete our registration form and bring it to either Taymount or Scone Surgery with one of the following items of evidence:
- passport
- driving licence
- birth certificate
- bank statement or a utility bill
Your initial login details will usually be given to you immediately. You then have 28 days in which to login and create your own account.
If you are joining us as a new patient and you already have an online account with your old practice, you can transfer your details over by unlinking your old practice and linking us to your existing account. You still need to register with us by completing the form above, but you don't need to start again from scratch. Read more about how to unlink your old practice and how to relink us as your new practice. Note that your old practice must use Vision as their clinical system.
Already registered with us?
If you're already registered you can go straight to Online Patient Services to login.
Note there's a button to "Sign in to Patient Services" on the top bar of every page on our website so you can access the service easily in future.
