General Practice Nurse
18 hours weekly (2 days); Salary – dependent on experience
As a result of an expansion of our Practice Nursing team, an opportunity has arisen at the practice for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced individual to join us.
We are a large and very well established training practice, who deliver General Medical Services to a population of approximately 17,000 patients across Perth City, the village of Scone, and also other neighbouring villages, from 2 purpose built practice premises (Taymount & Scone Surgeries).
The successful candidate will be expected to work within the practice team to provide a very high standard of nursing care to patients and whose duties will include Cervical Screening, Management of Long Term Conditions, Health Promotion and Sexual & Reproductive Healthcare.
Previous General Practice Nursing or nursing within a similar Primary Care setting would be advantageous for this role.
